yeah those 42 yards Benson got today are pretty bad compared to those 42 yards that Jones got today lol. Benson probably isnt the answer, but yards were at a premium on the ground today. SD has a great defense, Chicago has a great defense. The bears made too many mistakes(NONE by Grossman oddly enough) and lost a tough one on the road. They'll be fine I think. Thats a tough first game, especially without Olsen.

TJ wouldn't have me a diffence! Look at the team the Bears played today! Their prolly one of the top three in the NFL

The point is...how many times did TJ put the ball on the ground....and where was Benson in the 4th when the Bears needed him right before Peterson's fumble...and why was Peterson in the game in the first place???...maybe cuz Benson couldn't do anything but nothing...and fumble. The Bears have a D..but that's it. If they weren't in the NFC North, they would have no chance.

Peterson is going to get alot of carries man, hes always been one of Lovie Smith's favorite players. Hes a great blocker and a good change of pace back. Where was Benson in the 4th? I have no idea, Chicago was mostly on D in the 4th and passed the ball mostly with the exception of the 3 plays where they couldnt get one yard, albeit there was no room to run(maybe to the outside but who knows).

Hell Where was Ladanian Tomlison? Theres more to running the ball than just a running back.

And sup, I think Chicago could probably win about any division in the nfc. I do appreciate youre prognostications though, USF will probably win the other 3 nfc divisions now, that is if they can get by that Michigan team with all that hunger and bounce back they have in them.

No sense in getin pissed....but the fact is Peterson was in the game cuz Benson couldn't hold on to the ball...and then Peterson went right out and fumbled as well. As far as USF, I made my peace with that on the appropriate thread this mornin...and whever the Michigan stuff comes form, I don't know...cuz I HATE MICHIGAN...But, with their QB and lack of a consistant running game...I don't care if they had the 85 Bears Defense...they'll not go far.
